My Marvelous Mustard Mystery

Never having shopped here before, I bought these jeans just based on vibes and the fact that I love colored denim. When I opened the package and pulled out mustard yellow wide-leg jeans, I laughed a little. Bold. Unexpected. A little zesty. But also… kind of amazing?

I slipped them on, and they were a perfect fit. Like they were custom-made for my legs by some benevolent denim wizard. The wide leg gave drama, the color gave personality, and the whole look screamed “cool art teacher on her day off.” (Side note: I'm not a teacher, but I often refer to my style as "kindergarten teacher chic.")

I paired them with a floral top, stepped in front of the mirror, and suddenly I was the main character in a really stylish indie film. Very cute! Moral of the story? Never underestimate the power of a good mystery and a great pair of pants. I love these pants I love these paaaaaants.
