Where do you ship from?
All Ava Lane Boutique orders ship directly from our facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer $7.97 flat rate standard shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
Free shipping may be available depending on your order total and available promotions. See your cart for details.
Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends typically ship the next business day.
Most customers receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.
During holidays, major promotions, sales events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other high-volume periods, order processing, shipping, and delivery may take longer than usual.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection?
Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout and provided by Redo Tech, Inc., a third-party service provider.
If purchased, it includes prepaid return shipping for eligible returns or exchanges, plus shipping protection for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages, subject to Redo Tech, Inc.’s terms, eligibility rules, and claim requirements.
Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection is not required to place an order. If you do not purchase it, you may still return eligible items by purchasing a return label through our return portal for $9.97 or by using your own carrier and shipping method.
The cost of Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

What is your refund policy?
We offer 30-day returns or exchanges from the delivery date on eligible items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs and Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

How do I start a return?
Visit our Returns Portal to start your return. It’s quick and hassle-free!
You will need your order number and email address.
If you did not purchase Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection, return labels are available through our return portal for $9.97, or you may ship your return using your own carrier.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size through our easy-to-use return portal, subject to availability and our return requirements.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?
Yes. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be issued back to a gift card or store credit, except where required by law.
Can I get a refund to my credit card if I used a gift card?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except where required by law. Any gift card portion of the purchase will be refunded back to a gift card or store credit.
