Where do you ship from?
All Ava Lane Boutique products ship directly from our facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.97 within the continental USA. Orders over $99 (before taxes) ship FREE!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 2–5 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, but we work hard to ship all orders quickly from our Michigan warehouse.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for an immediate store credit and use that to place a new order.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?
Yes! Refunds for gift card purchases will be issued to a new gift card.
Can I get a refund to my credit card if I used a gift card?
Unfortunately, we can only refund back to the original payment method. Gift card refunds will be returned to a new gift card.

An item I love is sold out—will it be restocked?
