30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, returns must be received by Ava Lane Boutique within 45 days of the original delivery date.

"Return Label + Package Protection" Coverage

Customers who purchase "Return Label + Package Protection" at checkout will be provided with a prepaid return label when processing their return. This coverage also protects your package if it is lost or damaged in transit (outbound and return).

Most Ava Lane customers choose Package Protection for added peace of mind and order security. This option provides the fastest and easiest resolution if an issue occurs during transit.

If you choose not to purchase this option, return shipping labels are available for $9.97, or you may ship your order back to us using your own method. The return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Package Protection and Transit Responsibility

"Return Label + Package Protection" provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, including both outbound and return shipments.

If you choose not to purchase Package Protection, customers are responsible for ensuring their return package is successfully delivered to Ava Lane Boutique.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as refunds and store credit cannot be issued for returns that are not successfully delivered.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Refund or Store Credit for Website Orders

For orders placed on AvaLaneBoutique.com, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Store credit is the fastest option and is issued immediately after your return is processed. Refunds to your original payment method may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.

Most Ava Lane customers choose store credit so they can immediately purchase the size or style they prefer before it sells out. 

Store credit never expires.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and odors
  • Items must be free of stains, marks, or damage
  • Packing slip or order information must be included

Items showing any signs of wear may be refused. Items must match the original purchase and order records.

Returns must be received by Ava Lane Boutique within 45 days of the original delivery date.

Ava Lane Boutique reserves the right to document and verify all returns. Ava Lane Boutique may photograph and record return contents for verification purposes.

Refunds are issued based on the condition of the item when received and inspected at our facility.

Returns that do not follow this policy may be declined. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

If an order qualified for free shipping and is partially returned, bringing the remaining merchandise total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Items Not Eligible For Return or Refund

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items ending in .95 or .97 (these are also marked "Final Sale")
  • Gift cards
  • "Return Label + Package Protection"

Return Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after delivery to our facility. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank.

If a return is refused, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop must be returned and refunded through TikTok Shop in accordance with TikTok Shop policies. Returns must be requested through your TikTok account. Refunds for TikTok Shop orders are issued to the original payment method.

Unauthorized chargebacks and payment disputes that violate this policy may be contested with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, photographs, return records, and customer communications.
