HOW RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK

Returns and exchanges for orders placed on AvaLaneBoutique.com start in our easy-to-use return portal:
From the portal, you can choose to:
- Exchange for a different size — Select the size you need, and once we receive and approve your return, your new order is created automatically. You'll get a notification with fresh tracking.
- Get a refund — Choose your original payment method or instant store credit. Store credit never expires, but returns remain subject to receipt, inspection, and approval.
Store credit may be made available immediately through the return portal, but all returns and exchanges remain subject to receipt, inspection, and approval. Ava Lane Boutique may adjust or cancel store credit if the returned item is not received or does not meet our return requirements.
Please include your packing slip or order information inside your return package.
What If My Exchange Size Is Out of Stock?
If the size you need isn't available, we'll issue store credit so you can choose a different style or check back when it's restocked. Store credit never expires.

RETURN SHIPPING
With Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping ProtectionIf you purchased Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection at checkout, eligible returns or exchanges may use a prepaid return shipping label at no additional return-label cost.
Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection is an optional add-on provided by Redo Tech, Inc., a third-party service provider. The add-on includes a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns or exchanges and shipping protection for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages, subject to Redo Tech, Inc.’s terms, eligibility rules, and claim requirements.
Ava Lane Boutique is not the provider or insurer of Redo Tech, Inc.’s shipping protection. All returns and exchanges remain subject to Ava Lane Boutique’s return requirements, including our condition, timing, and final sale rules.
The cost of Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped. If you return or exchange an item after the order has shipped, the amount paid for Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection will not be refunded or credited back.
Without Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping ProtectionIf you did not purchase Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection at checkout, return shipping labels are available for $9.97 through our return portal, or you may ship your return using your own carrier and method.
If Ava Lane Boutique provides a return label for $9.97, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring return packages are successfully delivered to Ava Lane Boutique. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your return is delivered. Refunds and store credit cannot be issued for returns we do not receive, unless otherwise required by law.
How Long Does It Take?
Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after they arrive at our facility. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons.
Refunds to your original payment method may take several additional business days to appear depending on your bank. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. Store credit may be made available immediately through the return portal, subject to receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned item.
Tip: Many customers choose store credit so they can reorder the right size or style before it sells out.
If a return is refused, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To keep things fair for all customers, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
- Tags attached: Please keep original tags on until you're sure you're keeping the item.
- Unworn and unwashed: Items should be in the same condition they arrived in.
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, odors, stains, marks, or damage: We inspect every return to make sure the next customer receives a brand-new item.
- Packing slip or order information included: If your packing slip isn't handy, include a note with your name and order number.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days. Once approved, the package must arrive at our facility within 45 days of your original delivery date.
Items showing any signs of wear may be refused. Items must match the original purchase and order records. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or refused. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Ava Lane Boutique reserves the right to document and verify all returns. Refunds are issued based on the condition of the item when received and inspected at our facility.
If an order qualified for free shipping and is partially returned, bringing the remaining merchandise total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost that would have applied to the order may be deducted from your refund.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded after purchase:
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards, except where required by law
- Redo Prepaid Return Label + Shipping Protection costs once the order has shipped
- Shipping costs, outbound or return
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days of delivery, at Support@AvaLaneBoutique.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to review and verify the issue before providing a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
TIKTOK SHOP ORDERS
Orders placed through TikTok Shop must be returned and refunded through TikTok Shop in accordance with TikTok Shop policies. Returns must be requested through your TikTok account. Refunds for TikTok Shop orders are issued to the original payment method.
