2024 HOLIDAY RETURN SCHEDULE

All purchases made between November 18 and December 25 can be returned until January 10, 2025. Items must still meet all other return eligibility requirements detailed below and must be postmarked by January 10, 2025.

WHAT IS RE-DO?

When you opt-in for RE-DO at checkout for $2.98, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any eligible item(s) in your order for a refund or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy RE-DO, you can still return your eligible items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the $9.97 return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy listed below.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS:

Unlike many other online boutiques, ALB customers have the option of having their refund issued to their original form of payment or issued as a store credit. Store credits help us avoid costly payment processing fees, but the choice is yours :)

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Items that don’t meet our return requirements will need to be shipped back to you, and we’ll kindly ask for the shipping costs to be covered. Thank you for understanding!

  • 14-Day Window: Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days from when they were delivered (or returned within 14 days from fulfillment date for local pickup customers). Return requests outside of the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not always approved.

  • Tags: Like most clothing stores, we cannot accept returned items without tags. Please try on your clothing before removing the tags. We’re proud to offer only brand-new items, so we ask that tags remain attached for returns. Thanks for your cooperation! 😊

  • Unused: To ensure all customers receive items in pristine condition, returns must be unwashed and free of any signs of use, such as odors or blemishes.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are non-refundable. Outbound shipping is a flat $7.97 and is non-refundable (see our full Shipping Policy HERE for more details). Return shipping costs are covered when RE-DO coverage is purchased for $2.98 at checkout. Customers who do not purchase RE-DO coverage at checkout will be responsible for the cost of the $9.97 return shipping label.

  • Final Sale Items: Final sale items are ineligible for return, refund, or cancelation. Items purchased with prices that end in .97, and items with "Final Sale" in their description are considered final sale.

  • Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges. However, we can offer store credits for returns which can be applied to the purchase of a replacement item. 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Aside from TikTok Shop returns, all returns can be initiated through our online return portal HERE

Returns must include the packing slip shipped with the item(s). If the packing slip is unavailable, returns must include a note including customer name, order number, and list of items being returned. The note must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information cannot be accepted.

    TIKTOK SHOP PURCHASES:

    All purchases made via our TikTok Shop must be returned through the TikTok Shop platform using the following process:

    1. Go to your profile on TikTok Shop and access “My Orders”.
    2. Select the order you would like to return and the reason for doing so.
    3. Select your preferred return method and submit the return.
    4. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label.
    5. Use the shipping label to send the time back to us.

    RETURN PROCESS TIMING:

    Returns are manually processed in the order we receive them. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return after we receive it (we usually get to them quickly). You will want to keep your return tracking for your records as we are not responsible for return packages if they are lost during transit.

    Please refer to your return tracking to determine if your return has been delivered to us. Customers will receive a return confirmation once their return has been fully processed.

    DAMAGED ITEMS:

    All our shipments are hand packed and inspected with love. We make every effort to catch imperfections before they leave our doors. If an item you receive is damaged, please email our customer service team at Support@AvaLaneBoutique.com and they will be happy to help.
