Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our support team.
If "Return Label + Package Protection" was purchased, we will resolve the issue quickly.
If protection was not purchased, we will still assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
Ava Lane Boutique is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been accepted into the carrier’s network.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We will do our best to help before shipment.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Free shipping on orders over $89.00 (after discounts and before taxes).
- If an order is partially returned and the remaining merchandise total falls below $89.00, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
