HOW SHIPPING WORKS
We Ship Fast
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Most customers receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as carriers may occasionally experience delays. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate to anywhere in the continental United States. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (calculated after discounts, before taxes). See your cart for details.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have different rates. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout with rates calculated based on destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Optional Prepaid Return Label
At checkout, if available for your order, you may have the option to purchase an optional Prepaid Return Label. This optional service provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns under our Refund Policy.
The optional Prepaid Return Label is not required to place an order. If you do not purchase it, you may still return eligible items by purchasing a return label through our return portal for $9.97 or by using your own carrier and shipping method.
The optional Prepaid Return Label applies only to eligible returns and is non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and securing delivery once the package arrives. Ava Lane Boutique is not responsible for packages left unattended after confirmed delivery.
If you need help locating a package, our support team is happy to assist.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If something goes wrong with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will do our best to assist you. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to help before shipment.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Free Shipping and Partial Returns
If an order qualified for free shipping and is partially returned, bringing the remaining merchandise total below the free shipping minimum, the standard shipping cost that would have applied to the order may be deducted from the refund.
