SHIPPING COSTS

Flat-rate shipping is just $7.97 within the continental U.S.!

(We wish we could send a little Ava Lane love to Hawaii and Alaska too, but shipping carriers just make it too tricky right now.)

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $89 (before taxes)!

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - don't miss out! Make sure you ALB app notifications are turned on and you're subscribed to our texts and emails.

Please note: All shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING TIMING

We know you're excited to get your ALB goodies... who wouldn't be? All orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day.

However, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during holidays and major sales events.

Special orders: Item like custom orders, pre-orders, and  vendor-direct items usually take a bit longer.  These orders ship out after we receive the product at our facility and typically take an additional 2–3 weeks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Shipping labels are automatically generated based on the address entered at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address input by the customer at the time the order was placed. Please double-check your info before submitting!

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact our Customer Service team ASAP at Questions@AvaLaneBoutique.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but changes are not guaranteed.

  • Updating your address in your account does not change the address for existing orders, only future orders.

Ava Lane Boutique is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Always review your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping details are accurate.
